Matchmaking event
Maximise your networking opportunity and have one-on-one meetings with European research institutes and companies!
The online Biomedica Matchmaking Event catalogue is available here.
It is continuously updated to include for example:
- a multinational looking for innovations in diabetes
- a multinational looking for innovations in cardiovascular disease
- a Spanish research institute offering technologies in encapsulation and click chemistry
- a Dutch SME offering technology for nanomedicine applications
- …and many more.
The procedure
Access is free and open to all participants who are registered to the Biomedica Summit. However, it requires additional registration, before the event.
1. Register your cooperation profile
Click here to register.
Your profile will be published in the online catalogue of the Matchmaking Event which is updated continuously as profiles are submitted. This catalogue forms the basis for selecting partners for meetings and making appointments at the event.
2. Ask for appointments
After your cooperation profile has been entered in the online catalogue, you will receive a link to the catalogue with your login details.
Subsequently, you can select the profiles of interest to you from the online catalogue and book for one-on-one appointments with the organisations behind these profiles. You will be kept up to date by email on deadlines for requesting meetings.
3. Receive your schedule
On April 11, each participant will receive an individual meeting schedule.
4. Matchmaking event
Meetings will take place at the Summit
- on April 18, from 11.00 – 13.45
- on April 19, from 11.30 – 14.00

The Matchmaking Event is organised by Enterprise Europe Network.

At Biomedica, the matchmaking event will be open for companies and research institutes active in Medical Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Industry, and Healthcare.
